Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT is seeking a friendly Pool Attendant to monitor the pool facility and assist guests, ensuring positive guest relations and adherence to pool rules.

You will greet guests, set up deck furniture, manage towels, and keep the pool area and restrooms clean, while sharing information about the resort and local attractions.

This role requires a High School diploma and at least one year in front-line guest service, with English communication and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of front-line guest service experience.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsabilités

• Greets guests in a warm and sincere manner.
• Monitors the pool area and enforces the rules and regulations.
• Sets-up and organizes the pool deck furniture and equipment.
• Issues and collects pool towels and maintains towel inventory.
• Provides detailed information about Mohegan Sun, its property and the surrounding area to the guests.
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the entire pool area, including the restrooms.
• Contacts Security immediately during emergency situations.
• Assists the Food and Beverage staff, as needed.
• Assists the Spa staff, as needed.
