RHP Properties seeks a Pool Attendant for its Brookside Country Club community in El Monte, California. This full-time role involves maintaining the pool, enforcing safety rules, and ensuring a clean deck and surrounding area.

You will also manage logs, assist management with reports, and respond quickly to safety concerns. Preferred candidates have lifeguard experience and First Aid/CPR training, plus the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and handle routine chemical exposure.

Qualifications

• Previous lifeguard experience and First Aid/CPR training, preferred.
• Certified proof of 18+ years of age, required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to pool/hot tub chemicals.
• Ability to recognize problems and respond appropriately and quickly.
• Ability to swim and maintain alertness at all times.

Responsibilities

• Clean community pool daily.
• Observe and enforce all pool safety rules and regulations.
• Clean and maintain pool deck and surrounding area.
• Record and maintain log of residents' pool usage.
• Close pool during signs of threatening weather.
• Obtain state certifications as required.
