NFC Amenity Management is seeking a part-time team member to support residential communities with a focus on service excellence. The role offers weekly pay, training, and a benefits-rich environment tailored to property amenities.

You will be responsible for welcoming residents, maintaining common areas, and enforcing safety policies across multiple properties. The position supports a fast-paced team dedicated to exceptional guest experiences.

• Be responsible for enforcing all operational policies, procedures, rules, and regulations to ensure the safety of our clients and their guests.
• Recognize and respond effectively to emergencies.
• Perform general maintenance and cleaning of the area/equipment, and notify the maintenance manager of any issues.
• Keep areas clean and free of debris.
• Welcome and acknowledge all residents and guests using NFC-approved terminology.

We are looking for a candidate who works well independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Making eye contact and being welcoming are essential. The pay for this part-time position is $22 per hour.
