Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a pool attendant to oversee the pool area, assist with setup and breakdown for poolside activities, and report incidents to the manager. The role emphasizes service orientation, teamwork, and safety compliance.

Compensation is $17.00 - $17.50 per hour for a full-time non-exempt associate, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401k match. Scheduling is Thursday–Sunday, 11:00am–7:00pm, with occasional travel for training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred. Completion of College level courses in Hospitality is strongly desirable.
• Two (2) or more years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
