As a Pool Attendant, your typical day includes:

• Obtaining, folding, and stacking towels according to procedures
• Straightening and organizing the pool area, including chairs and tables
• Monitoring guest safety and informing supervisors of any concerns
• Promoting rules and regulations of recreation facilities
• Completing safety training and certifications
• Participating in pool activities to ensure a safe and fun environment

Guest Experience and Standards:

• Welcoming and greeting guests, anticipating their needs
• Interacting professionally with guests and colleagues
• Contributing to team goals
• Following company policies and safety procedures

Requirements to Become a Pool Attendant at MVW:

• Availability to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends
• Ability to perform physical activities such as bending, twisting, and lifting up to 25 lbs
• Background and drug screening as per company policy
• Valid Driver's License required
