*** Must live in the East Valley Area ***

PURPOSE:

The Attendant Care (ATC) Monitor plays a key role in ensuring satisfactory ATC service delivery to Arion Care members. The ATC Monitor conducts monitoring throughout Arizona in compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education and/or experience in customer service and in the field of developmental disabilities
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Current valid AZ Driver's License
  • Satisfactory background checks
  • Ability to acquire and maintain a DPS fingerprint card

*** Reliable transportation IS A MUST ***

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Complete Attendant Care monitoring following the required schedule (initial service, 30 days, 60 days if needed, 90 days thereafter, and annual monitoring for DSPs providing ATC)
  • Demonstrate respect and promote choice
  • Contact family members/guardians to schedule visits and answer questions
  • Notify supervisors regarding communication barriers or resource needs
  • Maintain a flexible, shared visit schedule with providers, families, and supervisors
  • Conduct in-home monitoring visits
  • Complete required electronic forms promptly
  • Work with multiple database and software applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding visits and support
  • Assist colleagues as necessary
  • Follow all company and funding source policies and procedures, including punctuality, attendance, and proper documentation
  • Maintain a safe, abuse-free environment
  • Maintain all required licenses, training, and certifications
  • Protect confidentiality and maintain professional demeanor
  • Perform other duties as assigned

* Paid per visit and may qualify for driving bonus

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to walk, kneel, stand, and bend
  • Respond quickly to health, safety, and emergency situations

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • This is a remote tele-work position. Working from home requires discipline and a dedicated workspace, with provisions for childcare if necessary. Travel and in-person meetings are required.
