Qualifications

• Prior experience in pool maintenance or related area preferred.
• Must be fluent and literate in English.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all departmental and property policies regarding guest service standards.
• Monitor activities and maintain order in swimming areas.
• Responsible for the day-to-day cleaning and upkeep of pool facilities.
• Inspect swimming pool operations for safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Responsible for removal of used laundry and trash from pool area.
• Conducts pool cleaning duties according to accepted standards and techniques; operates machines and utilizes pool chemicals in a safe and proper manner.
• Reports pool facility problems related to structure, equipment, and plumbing to management.
• Ensures that dressing and shower rooms are supplied with all hard and soft goods in compliance with company policy.
• Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
• Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
