Are you someone who enjoys sunny days, great vibes, and creating unforgettable guest experiences? Dive into a refreshing opportunity as a Pool Attendant at Margaritaville! In this role, you'll help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming pool area, ensuring our guests can relax, unwind, and soak up the island spirit in style.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the pool deck and surrounding areas

• Greet guests with a friendly “Fins Up!” and offer top-notch service with a smile

• Transport soiled towels to laundry, sort and fold fresh towels for guest use

• Ensure lounge chairs, umbrellas, and pool supplies are tidy and well-stocked

• Monitor pool rules to promote a safe and fun environment

• Respond to guest needs with enthusiasm and island hospitality

• Work as part of a high-energy team in a fast-paced, outdoor environment

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and a genuine love for guest service

• The ability to stay cool under pressure (and in the sun!)

• Great communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
