Job summary

Wexford Hilton Head is seeking a Pool Area Attendant to provide friendly, professional service at the resort pool. This part-time, temporary role involves greeting guests, maintaining pool area operations, communicating policy, and supporting a safe, welcoming environment.

The position is in person on Fridays and weekends; compensation ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour. Applicants should enjoy teamwork and delivering excellent guest experiences in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with Property Owners, guests, employees, and supervisory/administrative staff.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize workload.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable communicating with members and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ability to help maintain pool area standards and support a safe, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet Property Owners and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain pool area service operations.
• Assist pool staff by helping communicate and support Wexford’s pool policies and procedures.
• Take out and pick up trash in the pool area.
• Wash, dry, and fold pool towels.
• Straighten furniture around the pool area.
• Maintain the appearance of the pool area.
• Answer questions and provide information to members and guests as needed.
• Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis.
