Job summary

Opal Collection in Bolton Landing, NY is seeking enthusiastic Recreation/Pool Attendants to support daily operations across our pools, the Recreation Center, and outdoor activity areas. You will help create a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment while delivering excellent guest service.

Ideal candidates are energetic, team-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, guest-facing setting. The position offers $16 per hour with weekly pay and opportunities to contribute to a memorable resort experience

Qualifications

• Guest-facing experience is preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lift to 20 lbs and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool areas and recreation facilities to ensure guest safety and adherence to all rules and regulations.
• Provide friendly, attentive service by assisting guests with questions, activities, and equipment needs.
• Set up, organize, and break down daily activities and recreational programs.
• Distribute, collect, and sanitize recreational equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all recreation areas, including pools, Rec Center, and outdoor spaces.
• Enforce safety policies and promptly report any incidents or concerns to management.
• Assist with makingcourt reservations for guests.
• Communicate supply needs and assist with restocking inventory.
• Answer phone calls.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of resort hours of operation, amenities, and offerings.

Compensation
