Job summary

Wexford Hilton Head is seeking a part-time Pool Area Attendant to maintain pool operations and ensure a friendly atmosphere for guests. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing service operations, and maintaining cleanliness of the pool area.

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, able to manage time effectively, and possess strong communication skills. The position offers additional benefits like golf and tennis privileges, training, and employee events.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet Property Owners and guests in a friendly manner.
• Maintain pool area service operations.
• Assist pool staff with policies and procedures.
• Take out and pick up trash in the pool area.
• Wash, dry, and fold pool towels.
• Straighten furniture around the pool area.
• Maintain appearance of the pool area.
• Provide information to members and guests as needed.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with Property Owners, guests, employees, and supervisory/administrative staff.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize workload.

• Comfortable communicating with members and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ability to help maintain pool area standards and support a safe, welcoming environment.

Job Duties:

• Meet and greet Property Owners and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain pool area service operations.
• Assist pool staff by helping communicate and support Wexford’s pool policies and procedures.
• Take out and pick up trash in the pool area.
• Wash, dry, and fold pool towels.

• Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis.
