Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking a part-time Pool & Beach Attendant for our master planned community in Saint George, UT. You will support the Lifestyle Director, manage onsite amenities, and ensure a welcoming environment for residents and guests.

You will assist with activities, oversee equipment distribution, and help maintain clean, inviting pool areas while enforcing community rules and delivering excellent service. Weekend availability is required for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Lifestyle Director in leading activities, games, crafts, and special events throughout the community.
  • Serve as reservation clerk for onsite amenities including kayaks and non-motorized watercraft.
  • Facilitate the distribution of equipment and games.
  • Organize setup of pool chairs, loungers, and umbrellas.
  • Tactfully enforce association policies and procedures while providing high-quality customer care.
  • Do laundry, fold pool towels, and maintain a clean, inviting environment for guests.
  • Prepare sites for upcoming reservations.
  • Set up and host weekly special activities.
  • Resolve customer service concerns in a professional and positive manner.

This master planned community will be of one of the largest communities in the state at buildout It is built around connectivity community and sustainability Members guests and staff enjoy several amenities including a multi acre lagoon with a white sand shoreline an outdoor pool and spa a rooftop deck and miles of riding trails for walking biking scooters and golf carts It is a place where you will find the best of everything that the area has to offer It will feature residences shopping dining entertainment commercial retail hospitality and recreation

What you’ll accomplish
  • Assisting the Lifestyle Director in leading activities games crafts and special events throughout the community
  • Serving as reservation clerk for onsite amenities including kayaks non motorized watercraft paddleboards and toys
  • Facilitating the distribution of equipment and games
  • Organizing set up of pool chairs loungers and umbrellas
  • Tactfully enforcing association policies and procedures while providing the highest level of customer care
  • Doing laundry folding pool towels and ensuring a clean and inviting environment for guests
  • Preparing sites for upcoming reservations
  • Setting up and hosting weekly special activities
  • Resolving customer service concerns in a professional and positive manner
What we’re looking for
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service with experience in the aquatics recreation or hospitality industry

  • Flexibility to work after hours and weekends as needed
  • Ability to attend meetings and community events as scheduled
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred
  • Must pass a pre employment drug screen and background check
Driving Requirements

If driving is or becomes a requirement of the role it is required at all times that you hold a valid state drivers license for the class of vehicle you are driving maintain a clean motor vehicle report and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements

Physical Requirements
  • Missibility: Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions
  • Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds
  • Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events
  • Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology including computers and mobile devices
  • Driving Ability to operate vehicle to perform certain job functions
