Premier Marine is seeking a Yard Loader to secure pontoon boats for outbound trailers and support overall loading and shipping operations. The role emphasizes safety, communication with drivers, and following written and verbal instructions in an outdoor yard setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must read and understand work orders, manifests, bills of lading, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with truck drivers before and after loading to ensure safety and proper tiedown procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with production and service teams on moves needed to support production, service, and shipping.
• Assist in service and repair activities, occasionally after hours or weekends.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly yard and work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
