Job summary

Premier Marine is seeking a Yard Loader to join our outdoor yard team in Minnesota. You will use materials to secure pontoon boats to outbound trailers and follow written and verbal work instructions to support boat production and shipping needs.

The role is outdoors, requiring you to work in all elements, around boats and semi-trailers, ensuring proper safety and efficiency while maintaining a tidy yard and adhering to Premier Marine core values of integrity, excellence, attitude, and

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with truck drivers before and after loading to ensure safety and proper tiedown procedures are followed.
• Communicates and coordinates with production and service team members on what moves are needed next to support production, service, and shipping.
• Assists in service and repair activities, some of which will be after regular work hours or on overtime including scheduled Weekends.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly yard and work area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
