Reports to: Operations Manager

The Seasonal Yard Crew’s responsibility is to perform the duties below as needed and meet customer satisfaction standards as well as company performance and safety requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate lift trucks, hydraulic trailers, travel lift hoist, aerial lift, and work boat
• Keep service area and tools organized
• Perform minor carpentry and painting on an as-needed basis
• Perform some mechanical repairs on company equipment
• Move and launch boats, checking and safely securing boats moored at the docks
• Proficiency in using hand tools and small power tools
• Demonstrate good judgment and problem-solving skills and abilities
• Perform other duties as assigned or apparent

Minimum Qualifications And Requirements

• Act with the highest level of integrity and maintain a positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job
• Must be able to complete assigned work in an efficient and timely manner
• Strong work ethic and personal commitment
• Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team, department, and company goals
