Job summary

MarineMax is seeking a dedicated Yard Team Member to help maintain an organized yard, ensure equipment is operable, and keep the showroom professional. You will clean boats and trailers, and ready stock and customer units for viewing.

You will assist with boat check‑ins, participate in facility maintenance, operate forklifts safely, and support deliveries as needed to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (often more than 50 pounds).
• Stamina to stand and walk for long periods.
• Willingness to participate in safety programs and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized yard with well‑maintained equipment and a professional showroom.
• Clean interior and exterior of boats and trailers (stock and customer units).
• Assist with check‑in procedures for new boats and help with deliveries when needed.
