This role is critical to delivering a seamless, premium boating experience by ensuring vessels, equipment, and the facility are maintained in a safe, organized, and client‑ready condition at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with hauling, launching, blocking, and moving vessels
• Support marina operations including dock assistance and boat staging
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard, docks, and buildings
• Prepare boats for delivery, display, and service (washing, staging)
• Operate forklifts and other yard equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist service and sales teams with moving and preparing inventory
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and support service technicians as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment

Qualifications

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods
