Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree with <2 years experience.
• Must be a US Citizen and eligible for DoD clearance.
• Willing to relocate to Jacksonville, FL.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Adherence to safety procedures and quality standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication and MS Office skills.
• Organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and support design/development of polyurethane products.
• Design molds, processes, and documentation to meet specs.
• Ensure products meet customer and company requirements.
• Collaborate with floor supervisors to meet schedule and resolve issues.
• Define engineering approaches, planning, and scheduling work.
• Assist with root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain Bills of Materials and production routers.
• Prepare lift plans and perform lift evolutions weekly.
