Zusammenfassung

RTX in Jacksonville seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to support the design and development of advanced polyurethane products. You will design molds, document processes, and ensure products meet performance, reliability, cost, and producibility requirements.

Work with Operations, Quality and EH&S to maintain safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and to create and maintain Bills of Materials, Routers, and lift plans. U.S. citizenship and relocation flexibility are required.

Qualifikationen

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
• Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain DOD security clearance.
• Must be local or willing to relocate to Jacksonville, Florida.
• Ability to work independently or as part of an integrated product team.
• Strong written and verbal skills including thorough knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.).

Aufgaben

• Independently plan and support the design and development of advanced polyurethane products in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Design polyurethane molds, processes, and documentation to produce products that meet customer specifications.
• Ensure product meets or exceeds applicable company and customer requirements for performance, reliability, cost, producibility, and serviceability.
• Work with floor supervisors to achieve schedule and address technical issues as they arise.
• Create and maintain Bills of Materials, Production and Labor Routers.
• Create and submit Lab Service Requests (LSRs). Maintain traceability of material lot numbers, serial numbers, customer-furnished equipment, test results, etc.
