  • Experience: Minimum of one year of polysomnography experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Independently performing comprehensive sleep studies and therapeutic interventions.
  • Data acquisition, study scoring, equipment management, and patient monitoring.
  • Provide guidance and support to entry-level staff.

What you'll do:

Work with a dynamic team of certified sleep physicians, respiratory therapists, and fellow polysomnographers to diagnose and treat sleep and waking disorders

Summary:

The Polysomnography Technologist IIroleis responsible forindependently performing comprehensive sleep studies, therapeutic interventions, and patient care activities. The Technologistis responsible foraccuratedata acquisition, study scoring, equipment management, and patient monitoring while also providing guidance and support to entry-level staff.

Knowledge Skills And Abilities:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Graduation from a Co-ARC accreditedElectroencephalographic (EEG) diagnostics program, a CAAHEP-accredited Polysomnography program, or other healthcare-related educational program preferred.
  • License/Certifications: Current BLS Certificationrequiredor mustobtainwithin30 daysof start date. RPSGTcredential issuedby the Board of RegisteredPolysomnographicTechnologies(BRPT)required
  • Experience:Minimum of oneyear ofPolysomnography expericre requiere.

The pay range for this position is $29.45to $39.84 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
