Job summary

Summit Sleep Services is seeking a Polysomnography Tech for a PRN night shift (7p-7a) in Knoxville, TN. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an approved polysomnography program with RPSGT certification and Tennessee state licensing, plus CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved polysomnography technical program or ASTEP program.
• One year experience as a registered polysomnographic technologist preferred.
• Must be RPSGT through BRPT AND state licensed in Tennessee. Must have current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment calibrations and maintenance on polysomnographic equipment and troubleshoot devices.
• Collect and analyze patient data to determine testing parameters in coordination with physicians and lab protocols.
• Prepare patients for testing, review charts, and document procedures and events for accurate scoring.
