Valley Health System in the United States is seeking a Board Certified Polysomnographic Technologist to perform comprehensive sleep disorder evaluations, including in-center and home sleep apnea testing, CPAP titration, and related diagnostic studies. You will monitor, interpret sleep data, and provide patient education under supervision.

Requirements include AS or RPSGT in Sleep Diagnostics, BLS, and Virginialicensure as applicable, with opportunities for professional growth and an emphasis on

Formación

• Extensive knowledge in Respiratory and Neurodiagnostics as it relates to sleep staging.
• Ability to orient and train technologists, and affiliate students required
• Ability to conduct in-services and provide technical assistance required
• Demonstrated ability to follow verbal instructions required
• Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing required

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders.
• Perform in-center and home sleep apnea testing, diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
• Coordinate with Clinical Manager and educate patients.
• Monitor PSG-related indices and ensure patient safety during studies.
