Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Novi is seeking a Sleep Medicine technician to join the Sleep Medicine department for part-time night shifts (8:30pm–6:30am), Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. You will perform basic and advanced diagnostic sleep studies, prepare patients and equipment, and monitor testing to address patient needs.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience, or an Associate's/Technical degree, or 4 years of relevant experience; BLS from the American

Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of experience.
• Associate's degree or technical degree.
• 4 years of applicable cumulative experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic and advanced diagnostic sleep studies.
• Prepare patient and equipment for testing and explain procedures.
• Perform and document testing and monitor patient throughout testing.
• Score, interpret and report sleep study results.
• Prepare, calibrate, repair and maintain equipment and report needed repairs.
