Henry Ford Health System, Detroit Campus, is seeking a Polysomnographic Tech - Registration for a full-time Midnight shift. The role involves supervising and performing complex sleep studies, assisting with CPAP/BiPAP titrations, and ensuring high-quality data acquisition for physician interpretation.

The candidate should hold an RPSGT registration, BCLS certification, and a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred). Night shifts and weekend work may apply as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree with some scientific coursework preferred.
• Able to score Sleep Reliability by HFHS Sleep Center Guidelines, required.
• Registration as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) through BRPT required.
• BCLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and performs difficult procedures and therapeutic interventions.
• Assists with CPAP and BiPAP titrations and recording quality.
• Assists in troubleshooting data acquisition to ensure quality PSGs.
• Scores and tabulates sleep recordings for physician interpretation.
• Prints performance reports and scoring results for interpretation.
• Complies with BRPT Standards of Conduct.

Education

High school diploma or GED required

Bachelor's degree with some scientific coursework preferred
