Job summary

Banner North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley, CO, seeks a Polysomnographic Technologist to join the Respiratory Team. You will perform diagnostic sleep monitoring studies, including home tests, and analyze results to assist clinicians in diagnosis and treatment.

Expect to work the night shift in a 36-hour weekly schedule. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma, NBRC/RRT credentialing, and BLS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge.
• Registry by the Board of Polysomnographic Technologists or NBRC as an RRT.
• BLS certification required.
• 3 years of experience in sleep disorders testing.

Responsibilities

• Obtains artifact-free sleep tracings reflecting physiologic processes.
• Analyzes sleep records and identifies sleep stages.
• Troubleshoots testing equipment and ensures accurate recordings.
• Reviews medical history to perform prescribed sleep studies.
• Assists with department policies, training, and quality assurance.
