Reporting to senior clinical or hospital operations leadership, the Polysomnographic Laboratory Director will receive administrative support while maintaining responsibility for daily Sleep Lab operations, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, performance improvement, compliance, and patient safety. The Sleep Lab Director will mentor friendly nurses, sleep technologists, physicians, respiratory professionals, and a diverse team of healthcare specialists while strengthening communication and accountability across departments. This leadership role also offers the autonomy to evaluate protocols, develop staff competencies, monitor quality indicators, promote best practices, and support sustainable service-line growth.
