Your Talent Team is seeking a Research Manager (Polymers) to lead R&D in a laboratory setting. You will guide teams, oversee project execution, and ensure safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance in all activities.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, project management, and data analysis skills, with familiarity in polymers and GLP/GMP/FDA regulations. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and rigorous documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a research or lab team.
• Strong project management, analysis, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Knowledge of polymers and lab techniques.
• Familiarity with GLP, GMP, CGMP, FDA regulations and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in microbiology, molecular biology, histology, or clinical trials is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage research projects from planning through data collection and analysis, coordinating priorities, resources, and timelines.
• Supervise laboratory staff and ensure consistent use of procedures and instruments.
• Oversee laboratory operations, including documentation and LIMS.
• Partner across functions to communicate findings and support R&D goals.
• Contribute to higher quality research and regulatory compliance to support development decisions.
