Job summary

Management Performance Associates is seeking a Research Manager (Polymers) to lead R&D activities in a laboratory setting. You will guide laboratory teams, oversee project execution, and ensure that research is conducted safely and in compliance with GLP, GMP, CGMP, and FDA regulations.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data collection and analysis, and effective communication of findings to support sound development decisions within our polymers programs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading research or lab teams.
• Strong management, project management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of polymers and lab techniques.
• Familiarity with GLP, GMP/CGMP and FDA regulations.
• Experience in microbiology, histology, or clinical labs is a plus.

Responsibilities
