Qualifications

• Experience managing laboratory teams in a research setting.
• Strong project management, analysis, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Knowledge of polymers; experience with lab techniques and data collection.
• Familiarity with GLP, GMP, CGMP, FDA regulations and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in microbiology, molecular biology, histology, or clinical trials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage research projects from planning through data collection and analysis.
• Supervise laboratory staff and ensure procedures and instruments are used consistently.
• Oversee laboratory operations, including documentation and LIMS.
