Autonomy Staffing seeks a Polymerization Operator in Sumter, SC to join our production team. The role involves operating Line A and Line B systems, ensuring quality products, and maintaining a safe, cost-effective operation with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include monitoring utilities, sampling and labeling, loading feedstock, and following shift supervision for equipment adjustments. Strong communication and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
Good communication to interact with operators and supervisors.

Responsabilités

Execute tasks in production of materials on Line A and Line B systems.
Ensure safety protocols are followed during all tasks.
Monitor utilities (HTM, cooling water, steam, air, chilled water, demineralized water) and record data.
Ensure proper sampling, labeling, and packaging of finished products.
Load feedstock as required (e.g., acid vessels, dissolvers).
Make corrective adjustments to equipment and utilities per shift supervisor.
Monitor and document all process conditions as required.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
