Keystone Industries in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Polymer Process Operator II to join a chemical/pharmaceutical production team. The role requires 0–2 years as a reactor or similar operator, forklift certification, and the ability to work from batch formulas and SOPs.

The position operates from Team A schedule (5:45 am – 6:00 pm, Tue–Fri) with a shift differential and potential for overtime. Candidates must be detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records and logs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to follow procedures both written and verbal.
• Overtime availability as needed.
• Basic math skills (lbs, grams, kilos, oz, liters).
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Forklift certification and experience.

Responsibilities

• Read batch cards and record data in logs and ERP.
• Measure product quantities to specs.
• Mix ingredients as procedures specify.
• Operate process equipment (tanks, blenders, pumps, compressors).
• Monitor temperatures, pressures, masses, and flows.
• Record data and maintain logs to prevent losses and contamination.
• Safely handle flammable materials and organic peroxides.
• Troubleshoot equipment with supervision minimal.
• Clean processing equipment and lines after use.
