Job summary

Techmer PM is seeking a Production Supervisor in Clinton, TN to lead safe, efficient operations on the assigned shift. You will supervise staff, ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and Lean Six Sigma practices, and drive improvements in manufacturing efficiency.

The role emphasizes planning, scheduling, and achieving on-time deliveries. A strong focus on safe processes, KPI tracking, and team development is required to meet annual performance goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of prior manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Experience with a Quality Management System in Manufacturing (QMS).
• Experience in applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools to resolve processing problems and optimize efficiencies.
• Expertise in deployment and driving of manufacturing metrics (KPI).
• Experience in compounding of polymers or related field.
• High degree of organizational skills to effectively handle all assigned responsibilities.
• Team builder.
• Experience in implementing Good Manufacturing Practices across the production area.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate during the assigned shift and supervise employees to meet goals.
• Enforce safety procedures and provide safety training for new hires.
• Identify opportunities to improve working conditions and coordinate with maintenance/engineering on improvements.
• Lead safety/investigation efforts, document incidents, and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure on-time production and optimization of manpower and processes.
