Deceuninck North America in Monroe, OH is seeking a Polymer Compounding Process Technician. This full-time role involves running mixing operations, maintaining quality, and collaborating with a small, supportive crew.

You will stage materials, load blend towers, run batches, monitor process controls, and participate in improvements and trials to enhance line performance.

Shape What’s Next in Materials Mixing at Deceuninck North AmericaJoin our Monroe, OH team as a Polymer Compounding Process Technician and help us deliver consistent, high‑quality compound batches that power our products. In this full-time role, you’ll run mixing operations, keep quality tight, and collaborate with a small, supportive crew.A Day in the LifeClock in and get right to work staging materials and preparing equipment. You’ll load blend towers, run scheduled batches, keep an eye on process controls, and step in to monitor equipment while teammates take breaks. Throughout the shift, you’ll perform housekeeping and quality checks, troubleshoot alongside other operators, and propose ideas that make the line run smarter and safer.
