Job summary

Deceuninck North America in Ohio is hiring for a trainee to operate extrusion lines. You’ll learn plastics extrusion on the job with a mentor and advance along a clear milestone path.

Starting pay is $19.00/hour plus $2.00/hour shift differential. Within 1 year you can earn $23.00+/hour. Shifts: Days 7:45am–8:00pm and Nights 7:45pm–8:00am on a 2-2-3 schedule. You’ll log data in our MES, prioritizing safety, quality and customer fulfillment.

• Attention to detail and mechanical aptitude; willingness to learn.
• Excellent math and measurement using tape measure, calipers, and micrometers.
• Follow English instructions and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Follow English directions and monitor multiple lines.

Throughout the shift you’ll monitor extrusion parameters, perform precise measurements with a tape measure, calipers, and micrometers, and keep packaging and stacking on pace with output.
