Job summary

Superior Tire & Rubber Corp. is seeking a Polyurethane Line Technician I to support experienced technicians and learn polyurethane processing through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities include building molds, demolding products, and performing basic line operations while adhering to safety procedures. The role requires daily participation in safety meetings, adherence to procedures, and vigilant reporting of unsafe conditions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety policies and proper PPE use.
• Familiarity with 5S principles to maintain organized work areas.
• Ability to learn polyurethane processing basics through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced technicians on assigned polyurethane lines.
• Build molds, demold products and perform basic line operations.
• Follow established procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Attend daily safety and shift start-up meetings.
• Report unsafe situations to senior technician or supervisor immediately.
• Care for tools, equipment, and measuring devices and keep them clean and in place.
• Safely operate hoist/crane to move product and material.
