Job summary

Behavioral Health Solutions seeks Independently Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to join the Long Term Care Therapy team in Montana. The role focuses on geriatric mental health within Assisted Living facilities and LTC settings.

Qualifications include Montana licensure and a relevant master's degree, with opportunities for base salary plus incentives. Excellent governance and cutting-edge AI note-taking tools support ongoing clinical growth and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Master of Social Work or counseling master's degree and Montana licensure as LCSW/LMFT/LPC.
• NPI (National Provider Identifier).
• Medicaid/Medicare credentialing a plus.
• TB test and CPR/AED/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Completes diagnostic evaluations, diagnoses, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consults in SNF/LTC facilities.
• Collaborates with BHS psychiatrists, psychologists, care coordinators and facility staff for holistic patient care.
• Completes documentation in a timely fashion remotely in the EMR (Athena I).
• Follows agency policies and procedures.

Behavioral Health Solutions is looking for qualified Independently Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to join our Long Term Care Therapy team in Montana. Requirements

• Some facilities may require up-to-date vaccinations or appropriate exemptions.
• TB Test.
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.
