Job summary

BlueLabs is seeking a Polling Manager to design and program survey questionnaires, pull samples, weight data and QC results. You will prepare client deliverables such as toplines and crosstabs and coordinate with Analytics and Data Science teams on methodology.

You will collaborate with the Director of Polling and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, manage vendor relationships, and keep up with the latest polling innovations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and several years of survey data experience.
• Experience with SQL, R, and/or Python for data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design and program polling questionnaires end-to-end.
• Pull samples, weight data, and QC results.
• Prepare client deliverables like toplines and crosstabs.
• Collaborate with data science on polling methodology and innovations.
