Job summary

BlueLabs, Inc. is seeking a Polling Manager to lead end-to-end survey programming, sampling, weighting, and QC of data. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver toplines and crosstabs for clients and help refine polling processes.

You will collaborate with Data Science on methodology, supervise vendor relationships, and contribute to innovations in polling. A Bachelor’s degree and several years in survey data are required; experience in polling is a strong bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience with survey data and polling is preferred.
• Ability to distill complex requests into actionable steps.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality control.
• Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python for data analysis.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in unstructured environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and program surveys and questionnaires.
• Pull samples, design weights, and QC data.
• Prepare toplines and crosstabs for client deliverables.
• Coordinate experiments and analytics surveys with teams.
• Collaborate with Data Science on methodology improvements.
• Oversee vendor relationships and evaluate partners.
