Job summary

The Hub Project, Navigator Research in Washington, DC, invites applications for a Senior Manager, Polling & Analytics to lead a robust public opinion research and analytics pipeline. You will oversee survey questionnaires, qualitative guides, and final presentations, report to the Director of Polling & Analytics, and supervise a staff member and/or an Associate.

Collaborate with Navigator Research’s strategic communications team across all phases of quantitative and qualitative research, and

• Oversee data analysis workflows across polling projects.
• Support and operationalize each research phase: survey design, data processing, reporting.
• Supervise interns/Associate staff within the department.
