• Polish wine glasses and water glasses.
• Remove water spots and fingerprints from glassware and plateware.
• Polish silverware and steak knives.
• Inspect plates, check for chips, cracks or damaged glassware before service.
• Ensure all polished items meet the restaurants fine dining presentation standards.
• Restock stations and keep all areas organized.
• Assist Server assistant & Bar staff during busy service periods.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work quickly.
• Standing for long periods of time.
• Lifting glass racks.
• Be willing to help in all areas of the restaurant.
• Keeps all stations stocked by polishing and distributing China, glassware, and silverware.
• Ensures work area always follows the Southern Nevada health District Health codes.
