Job summary

Major Food Group LLC is seeking an AM Polisher to join the Sadelle's team in Highland Park Village, Dallas, TX. This full-time role requires rotating shifts with an 8/9 AM start and 4/5 PM finish, supporting dining room service and maintaining glassware, flatware, and linens.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in similar roles and demonstrate dependability, teamwork, and strong communication. Salary is listed as $17.00 per hour with company benefits available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Porter, Dishwasher, or similar role.
• Dependable, hardworking, and punctual.
• AM availability required; shift 8/9 AM – 4/5 PM.

Major Food Group is looking for AM Polishers join our team at Sadelle's in beautiful Highland Park Village!

Sadelle’s is a modern ode to New York’s classic tradition of all-day dining and is home to the most elaborate bagel and lox towers, oysters, soups, salads, sandwiches and more!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Stock shelves, racks, tables and service stations with new or transferred supplies.
• Receive, open, unpack and stock restaurant supplies.
• Polish all glasses and silverware to be used in the dining room.
• Restocks dining room with china, silverware, glassware, utensils, condiments and linen, and maintains adequate supplies in the work stations when dining room is open.
• Fold napkins and make extra place settings

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Porter, Dishwasher, or similar role
• Dependable, hard-working, and punctual a must

AM availability required, shift time 8/9AM - 4/5PM

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Team-orientated and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills a must
