Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in hospitality or service industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Must be courteous and gracious, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with fellow colleagues and other departments within the hotel.
• Offer guests an enjoyable experience that conforms to our standards of excellence, professionalism and friendliness.
• Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of the sequence of service for every guest.
• Clear, mark, and take ownership of table maintenance and resets.
• Assist coworkers to ensure a great environment for guests and coworkers.
• Execute any additional duties requested by management.
• Possess expert knowledge of all food and beverage aspects of the restaurant.
• Maintain heightened awareness of safety issues throughout the hotel.
• Participate in scheduled departmental and administrative meetings.
