Qualifications

• Hospitality/service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Must be courteous and gracious, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with colleagues and other departments.
• Offer guests an enjoyable experience that meets our standards of excellence.
• Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of the sequence of service for every guest.
• Clear, mark, and reset tables and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist coworkers to ensure a great environment for guests and staff.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.
• Possess expert knowledge of all food & beverage aspects of the restaurant.
• Maintain awareness of safety issues throughout the hotel.
• Participate in scheduled departmental and administrative meetings.
