Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables promptly, carving entrees table-side where appropriate, and assisting the kitchen with upkeep and closing tasks.

• Provide a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees.
• Assist with delivery and serving of all food items to guests using pivot point system.
• Remove soiled dishes and utensils between courses.
• Ensure tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset promptly between seating.
• Carve appropriate entrees table-side for guests.
• Assist chef team with kitchen upkeep and restocking.
• Assist with closing of the kitchen and returning items to proper locations.
