Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a smile and maintain eye contact.
• Be courteous, professional, and uphold company standards.
• Coordinate with team and other departments for a seamless guest experience.
• Know menu items, ingredients, and preparation basics to assist guests.
• Master the POS system to accurately process orders and payments.
• Manage table maintenance, bus/clear, and reset as needed.
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure overall satisfaction.
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures and policies.
• Handle payments and gratuities accurately and securely.
• Support coworkers to create a great environment for guests and staff.
• Participate in departmental and staff meetings as requested.
