speakit in Greece is seeking a Polish-speaking customer support agent. You will be the first point of contact for Polish customers, assess needs, and guide them to manage accounts and passwords, while resolving post-sale inquiries with high-quality support.

Ideal candidates are native-level Polish speakers with strong English, tech-savvy problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle calls and emails efficiently.

Qualifications

• Native-level or near-native in Polish with good English skills.
• Tech savvy with problem-solving acumen.
• Identify technical issues and suggest immediate solutions to clients.
• Provide systematic assistance to customers in a communicative manner.
• High School Diploma holder.
• Flexible to work night/weekend shifts (if applicable).
• Active listener.
• Prior customer support experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all Polish-speaking customers.
