apply2day is hiring a Polish Customer Service Agent (Remote/On-site) in Greece. You will join a fast-paced team delivering top-quality customer service, handling chat, email, and phone inquiries, and helping customers with their requests while working flexible hours.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Polish (C1-C2) and very proficient in English (B2-C1), with good MS Office skills, strong listening and communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Polish (C1–C2).
• Very good command of English (B2–C1).
• Good MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming chat, mail or phone calls.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools.
• Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
