Job summary

speakit is seeking a proactive Polish-speaking Operational Buyer to join its Procurement & Supply Chain Hub. You will manage day-to-day purchasing, process PRs into POs using ERP systems, and coordinate with suppliers across Europe to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates will be native or proficient in Polish with strong English, experience in procurement or supply chain operations, and proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• Polish is required at native or high proficiency (written & verbal).
• English proficiency is required (written & verbal).
• Experience in Operational Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions into purchase orders using ERP systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers across Europe to confirm delivery schedules, pricing, and quantities.
• Monitor open POs, track status, and resolve delays or discrepancy issues.
• Maintain vendor master data and support supplier performance tracking and quality management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline procurement workflows.
• Assist in negotiating short-term contracts and terms with vendors.
