Ideal candidates have German (native/C1), strong English, ERP/Excel skills, and a track record in procurement or supply chain operations. The role includes relocation support and a clear progression path.

Qualifications

• Native or C1/C2 proficiency in German (written and verbal).
• Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
• Experience in Operational Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Operations is a plus.
• Proficiency in ERP systems with strong Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of procure-to-pay processes and vendor management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

In this role, you will manage day-to-day purchasing activities, process purchase requisitions and ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions (PRs) into purchase orders (POs) efficiently using ERP systems.
• Communicate directly with suppliers across Europe to confirm delivery schedules, pricing, and quantities.
• Monitor open purchase orders, track order status, and resolve delivery delays or invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor master data and support supplier performance tracking and quality management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, logistics teams, and finance departments to streamline procurement workflows.
• Assist in negotiating short-term contracts and standard purchase terms with local and regional vendors.
