Job summary
Glen Callum Associates is seeking a Polish-speaking Inside Sales Executive to drive new business in the automotive aftermarket. You will engage Polish-speaking customers across Europe, qualify opportunities and push for growth in an entirely remote role supported by a UK team.
The role emphasizes prospecting, relationship-building and closing deals with garages and service networks, leveraging CRM and cross-border collaboration.
Qualifications
- Fluent Polish and English communication skills.
- Proven success in new business sales, business development, inside sales, telesales or sales executive roles.
- Strong knowledge of automotive aftermarket and how garages, workshops and repair networks operate.
- Experience selling into independent garages, workshops, service centres or wider aftermarket.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects by phone, video and digital channels to generate opportunities and meet sales targets.
- Identify, approach and win new business opportunities within the automotive aftermarket.
- Develop new commercial relationships with Polish-speaking garage owners and workshop managers.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
- Deliver online product demonstrations and sales presentations in Polish and English as required.
- Use CRM systems to manage opportunities and customer relationships.
- Collaborate with distributor partners and UK team to maximise opportunities.
